Terms and Conditions (T&C)

## 1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online store of Alpha Priceless®, operated by Yennifer Alvarez Dominguez, Bergstrasse 4, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland.

By using our online store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

## 2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email.

## 3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable statutory VAT where required.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the country and device used.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

## 4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed separately during checkout. Shipping fees generally range between CHF 6.95 and CHF 14.95.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

## 5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Alpha Priceless® until full payment has been received.

## 6. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or external influences.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

## 7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

## 8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Grenchen, Switzerland.
