📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop “Alpha Priceless” of Yennifer Alvarez Dominguez, Bergstrasse 4, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting the order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, where applicable. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, or Klarna.

4. Delivery
Delivery will take place within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs range from CHF 6.95 to CHF 14.95, depending on the country of delivery.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty and Liability
We do not offer any additional warranty beyond the statutory provisions. We assume no liability for damage caused by improper use of the products.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Grenchen, Switzerland.
