Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal  
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alpha Priceless, Yennifer Alvarez Dominguez, Bergstrasse 4, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland, infoalphapriceless@pm.me) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal  
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 7 days after receiving the returned goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs  You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The item must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

Return Process  
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
