📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope  
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the “Alpha Priceless” online store operated by Yennifer Alvarez Dominguez, Bergstrasse 4, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract  
The product presentation in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms  
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, or Klarna.

4. Delivery  
Delivery takes place within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs range from CHF 6.95 to CHF 14.95 depending on the destination country.

5. Retention of Title  
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty and Liability

We do not offer any warranty beyond the statutory provisions. We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

8. Jurisdiction  
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Grenchen, Switzerland.
